The place is super cute with NEW SOLID FLOORING (great if you have allergies), NEW kitchen cabinets, NEW granite counters, NEW bathroom vanities. WELL LOCATED just off S Kerr, near Randall Pkwy. You can WALK TO UNCW, 15min drive to beach, 15min to downtown and CFCC, and 10min to hospital. Perfect for students, someone that works downtown, or at the hospital. The house's common area is already furnished (couches and tables will be moved in, mirrors will be hung in the bathroom, we have kitchen goods, grill in the backyard, etc.), but the bedroom you will be living in is NOT furnished. (The landlord would consider furnishing it for you at an increased rental amount). Your room has a walk in closet, vaulted ceilings, central air, and a ceiling fan. You will be sharing an updated bathroom with a double vanity. Washer/dryer in the townhouse. Parking for one vehicle. Rent is $600/month (excludes utilities). WE WILL CONSIDER SHORT TERM LEASES. No smokers or pets, please. About us: One of us is a full time student until December. The other works full time. Our place is quiet and clean and we'd like to keep it that way.
